TROPICAL STORM BARBARA FORMS IN THE EASTERN PACIFIC

A developing tropical storm has developed strength in the eastern Pacific Ocean. The system, now known as Tropical Storm Barbara, is presently located about 250 miles south of the coast of southern/western Mexico. Experts are expecting that Barbara will intensify over the next few days. The storm is heading northwestward at a rate of 15 mph.
